Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
The questions we are actually asked, answered plainly.
What does PREST OFFICE do?
PREST OFFICE is a UK-registered company that designs, builds and delivers digital services and software products. Today the part you can buy from is PREST OFFICE Digital, our service branch: websites, brand basics, sales materials and practical digital automation for independent professionals and small businesses.
Who do you work with?
Freelancers, consultants, coaches and trainers, small businesses, B2B service providers, premium tradespeople, small shops, associations, professional practices, restaurants and accommodation providers, property professionals and entrepreneurs. If you sell something and you need it presented properly, you are in the right place.
How much does a project cost?
A landing page starts at €490. A three-to-five page business website starts at €890. The Commercial Clarity Kit starts at €390. These are starting prices for the scope described on the Services page; your final price is confirmed in a written quote once we understand what you actually need.
How does payment work?
Custom project work is split 50 / 50 — 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery before final files and accesses are handed over. Recurring services, where offered, are invoiced at the start of each period they cover. Nothing is charged before you have accepted a written scope.
How many revisions are included?
Your quote states the number of revision rounds in writing before you pay, and entry offers always include at least one complete round. A round is one consolidated set of change requests rather than an unlimited stream of individual edits — that is what keeps the price fixed.
How long does a project take?
Your delivery schedule is confirmed in the project scope before work begins. It depends on the scope and on how quickly content and feedback reach us. We would rather agree a real date with you than publish a turnaround time we cannot hold for every project.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool. We use modern automation and AI-assisted tools for selected research, drafting, formatting and technical production tasks. Every final deliverable is reviewed and approved by a person before it reaches you. We do not present automated output as unchecked finished work, and we do not pretend a tool is a member of staff.
Who owns the final work?
You do, once the project is paid in full. On final payment the rights in the deliverables we made for you transfer to you, as set out in our Terms. Third-party components — fonts, libraries, stock assets, platforms — keep their own licences, and we tell you which ones apply.
Can you work internationally?
Yes. Everything is delivered remotely and digitally. We work in English and French, and we currently focus on France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Quebec, Madagascar and French-speaking Africa, alongside English-speaking clients elsewhere.
What if I already have a website?
Then say so in your enquiry and send the address. Improving an existing site is quoted per project rather than sold as a package, because the work depends entirely on what is already there.
Can I cancel?
Yes, and the Cancellation and Refunds page sets out exactly what happens at each stage, including what the deposit covers if you stop after production has started. Nothing in it removes statutory rights you may have.
How do I start?
Send an enquiry through the contact form or write to contact@prestofficeglobal.com. You will get a written reply, and a scope and price before any payment is requested.
Tell us what you need.
Describe the project in a few lines. You will get a written scope and a fixed price before any payment is requested. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
