Process
How a project runs
The same six steps on every project. You always know which one you are in, what we are waiting for, and what happens next.
-
Tell us about your project
You write to us through the contact form or by email with a short description. No account, no call required at this stage. We reply in writing.
-
Scope and quote
We come back with a written scope: deliverables, what is excluded, revision rounds, what we need from you, the timeline and a fixed price. You review it before anything is charged.
-
Deposit and brief
You accept the scope and pay the 50% deposit. We then collect what production needs — texts, images, access, brand material — through a short structured brief.
-
Production
We build. Structured workflows and modern tooling handle the repetitive parts; the decisions, the writing and the judgement are made by a person.
-
Review
You get a working preview and one consolidated round of change requests, as set out in your scope. We apply them and confirm.
-
Delivery
You pay the remaining 50%, and we hand over: the deployed site, the files, the accesses. What you paid for is yours.
What we need from you
- Content, or a clear decision that we should draft it.
- One named person who can approve, so feedback does not arrive in contradictory fragments.
- Access to your domain or hosting when the project involves publishing.
- Consolidated feedback within the review window agreed in your scope.
How the work gets made
Where automation fits
We use modern automation and AI-assisted tools for selected research, drafting, formatting and technical production tasks. That is a normal part of how a small, efficient studio works in 2026, and it is why our starting prices are what they are.
Every final deliverable is reviewed and approved by a person before it reaches you. An automated tool is never presented to you as a colleague, and it never has the last word on your project.
- We do not claim a large team we do not have.
- We do not present automated output as unchecked final work.
- We do not use your project as training material for anything.
Tell us what you need.
Describe the project in a few lines. You will get a written scope and a fixed price before any payment is requested. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
