Client Ledger Working name

Turning scattered client communications into a traceable operational record.

In development In production since October 2026 · Private pilot, by invitation

Client Ledger is a bilingual SaaS that turns scattered client communications into a traceable operational record. Decisions, commitments, approvals and scope changes stay tied to the message they came from.

It connects to the tools freelancers already use — email, calendars, documents and messaging — and keeps a sourced record of what was requested, promised, changed and approved.

Client Ledger entered production in October 2026. A private pilot is opening by invitation; there is no public sign-up yet. A Retainers module, tracking retainer cycles and how they burn down, is in preparation inside the same product.

Three things it settles

  1. 01

    Every fact keeps its source

A request, an approval, a change of scope — each stays attached to the email, message or document it came from.

  2. 02

    Scope you can show

When a client asks for more than was agreed, the record shows what was agreed, and when it changed.

  3. 03

    Written in two languages

The record and the interface work in English and French, because the clients do.

To be clear

  • Private pilot, by invitation only. No public sign-up and no self-service purchase yet.
  • Payments are closed: Client Ledger charges nobody today.
  • Client Ledger does not replace a CRM, a project manager or an accounting package.

Built in public: production releases and connector proofs are noted in the PREST OFFICE journal. Read the journal

Three questions, answered

Can I sign up?

Not yet. The pilot runs by invitation while the product proves itself with its first freelancers. Get in touch to be considered.

What does it connect to?

Email, calendars, documents and messaging — the tools a freelancer already uses. The record is built from those sources, with a person reviewing what is kept.

What does it cost?

Nothing today: the pilot is free and no payment is taken. Pricing will be published before any public launch.
